Helping people grow, belong, stay protected, and thrive.

Helping Hands Gives brings together community partnerships, event sponsorships, educational resources, workforce scholarships, and practical initiatives designed to support children, families, individuals with disabilities, and transition-age youth.

Our Mission

To strengthen pathways to development, safety, inclusion, independence, and opportunity through practical resources, workforce support, and meaningful community partnerships.

Our Vision

Communities where children, families, individuals with disabilities, and transition-age youth have greater access to the resources, relationships, and opportunities needed to build stronger futures.

Our Approach

Helping Hands Gives prioritizes projects that align with Bloom, Belong, Protect, or Thrive initiatives. Together, these initiatives create a connected community-impact model that supports individuals and families across multiple stages of development and life.

Our Story

From helping providers build stronger organizations to helping communities build stronger futures.

Helping Hands Gives grew from the same purpose that established Helping Hands Training and Consulting: identifying complex barriers, making them easier to understand, and helping people move forward with greater structure, clarity, and support.

Helping Hands Training and Consulting was founded in 2022 by Geydis Lambarri, MBA, RCMS, CPCO. Her work in healthcare began in 2017 within the behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis field. In 2018, she moved into healthcare practice management and became closely involved in the administrative systems that allow providers and organizations to serve their communities effectively.

Her experience included credentialing, provider enrollment, insurance contracting, billing and revenue-cycle operations, authorizations, documentation, compliance, staff education, and the development of sustainable administrative processes. Through that work, she saw that providers often entered practice with strong clinical knowledge but limited guidance on the operational responsibilities required to build and maintain a successful healthcare organization.

Helping Hands was created to address that gap. Its approach has remained practical, organized, and educational—helping providers understand requirements, identify priorities, strengthen their systems, and maintain what has been developed long after an individual project is complete. The company’s work is grounded in integrity, partnership, impact, innovation, reliability, and a commitment to solutions that reflect each organization’s actual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

As Helping Hands continued working with ABA organizations, therapy practices, healthcare providers, and disability-service professionals, a broader need became increasingly visible.

The success of a provider matters, but so do the everyday realities faced by the children, families, and individuals those providers serve.

A child may need access to early developmental resources. A family may need practical safety education. A person with autism or another disability may need more inclusive opportunities within the community. A transition-age youth or young adult may need support preparing for employment, adult responsibilities, and greater independence.

Helping Hands Gives was created to extend the Helping Hands mission beyond professional and administrative support and into direct community impact.

It represents a commitment to use the company’s knowledge, relationships, resources, and growing community network to support projects that address practical needs across different stages of life.
